We know plans change, so here's how order cancellations work at Rowan & Hide.
To cancel an order, contact us by email or through our support channels within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. Cancellation requests made:
- After 24 hours: a 35% deduction applies to your refund.
- After 48 hours: a 50% deduction applies to your refund.
- After 5 days of the order confirmation: we're no longer able to accept a cancellation request.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to send it back under our 30-day Return & Exchange Policy for a full refund once we receive it.
